To be a foreign university graduate, then return to your homeland to try to share your knowledge and what you have learned. However, the circumstance of geography and the difficulties of the country prevents you.
This is Dr. Fidel Manzouk Saeed Seif from Abyan Governorate, a Ph.D. in resources management and works as a lecturer at Aden and Abyan University, he runs the Youth Entrepreneurs institution, He is married with seven children. Dr. Fidel lives in Khanfar District in Abyan Governorate.
Like many who were affected by the economic difficulties facing the country, Fidel’s institution was affected by the lack of necessary funding to manage the institution. In the past, the work was in training courses in coordination with schools, universities, and government in order to Provid hem training halls, as he said, “the targets for training were few and very limited.” The financial resources were not sufficient to cover their activities, but they tried to continue despite the difficulties. Fidel adds, "The financial resources are not enough to cover the expenses of the institution , since the rent of the halls costs a lot."
Fidel and his team faced many problems and challenges to that he was no longer able to cover the expenses of the work team, in addition, the center's activity stopped in a year. Fidel says, “Once in a time, we got frustrated. But he realizes by saying, “we have overcome all difficulties as we hoped."
Hope
Since hope does not fail those who rely on it in oreder to face their challenges, Dr. Fidel has found his way in social media, where he says, "I am a follower of the social media and the economic news. By chance, I read that a branch of Al-Tadamon Bank was opened." Here Fidel did not hesitate to go to them. He left no stone unturned, seeking an opportunity that can rearrange his life. Fidel continues by saying, "I went through their procedures and they were good and I requested the loan application, thank God we got it." Fidel obtained funding for his institution to convey a noble message again to the environment around him at least. Although he has ambitions to expand further, he continues, "The response was quick and we got funding in less than 3 weeks."
"My feeling when I receipt funding is indescribable as it was a weight off my shoulders, and I can now implement the vision of the institution and give my focuse to transform the dream into a reality."
Feelings
Fidel could not express his feelings after obtaining the financing, but he tried to say, "My feeling when I receipt funding is indescribable as it was a weight but it lifted, and I can now implement the vision of the institution and give my focuse to transform the dream into a reality." They had in institution few chairs tables and desks. He continues, “thanks to this support, our vision has become bigger and we have a goal to train the unemployed, who are expected to be 2,000.”
"Today, after obtaining the loan, we are having 25 people on our team, and we can plan and implement training programs better." – Dr. Fidel

In the beginning Fidel had 3 employees in the institution, now the employees number increased after the funding, Fidel says, "Today, after the funding, "Today, after obtaining the loan, we are having 25 people in our team, and we can plan and implement training programs better." Fidel could achieve his personal goals, however, he and his team aspire to serve the community. He has benefited a lot from the project, as he put it, “we can say it affected was directed to all social groups, and indirect to all families..” In the past, Fidel faced great difficulties when implementing a training program, but today he says, “It is easy for us to implement any training program.”
